Collect and deliver yourself (by appointment) to save on delivery and collection fees. Of course, personnel will make their own way to the site. Delivery and collection fees cover up to 100 items, any mix.
This service is only available in south-east England, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, South London.
Please note: We require two weeks notice and payment in advance for all rental items. Regretfully no orders can be fulfilled until payment is made in full. We also require a deposit on all rental items to cover losses and damage to equipment, refundable upon safe return of the items.

Uniformed Fire Warden / Fire Marshall Hire
The services provided by our polite and informative certificated fire protection engineers comprise:

checking that all the fire points are operative twice a day
-
checking that all fire extinguishers are in working order twice a day

providing backup fire extinguishers if necessary

refilling fire extinguishers if any are used

ensuring that all persons know the location of all fire points

ensuring that all exits and assembly points are clearly marked

ensuring that all escape routes are kept clear

in case of a fire he will make sure that all people are accounted for and assist in getting people out and escorting them to assembly points

on-site training in identification and use of extinguishers for crew, stewards, staff
Our Fire Protection Engineers work 10 hour shifts with 24 hour coverage and have their own on-site accommodation in the form of a caravan.
Planning fire and security for your event
Let us guide you through the planning of your site requirements, with recommendations for the correct amount and type of equipment by a full time fire officer. In order to give the best possible advice we request that a site plan be made available in plenty of time before the event.
We can offer event fire safety advice where tents, marquees, agricultural buildings and open spaces are used for providing entertainment. This includes shows, garden parties, corporate events, and social gatherings such as weddings, parties and similar events. Anyone organizing such an event has a duty of care to all those attending as well as any staff that may be employed to work there
It is our intention to assist organisers in the planning of the event to ensure that so far as reasonably practicable that the fire precautions at the event are satisfactory and present no danger to persons attending the event or adjacent properties and members of the public. Our advice will incorporate risk critical areas such as:

We can also supply all the necessary equipment and staff if required to reduce the risk of the impact of fire at your event.
